A Man That Weighed 1 Pound 13 Ounces at Birth Will Show You That The Impossible Is Possible By Demonstrating How to Make A Jaw-Dropping Body Transformation

You say no way, is this real?

If you keep reading, I guarantee you’re going to be surprised. The story I am about to tell you is true, and if you pay close attention you will be rewarded (you’ll see exactly what I mean).

My name is Rory. I’m a person who believes that the word impossible has no validity! I also love pizza, White Castle burgers, and ice cream.

By the way, I transform minds and bodies for a living.

I am about to share with you the roadmap to the highest level of health excellence, peak physical fitness, and a limitless body transformation.

I’m going to help you get into the best shape of your life!

But first, let me give you a quick background on who I am to peak your interest, get some respect (hopefully), and help you understand that I’m not just making this stuff up.

I have a Master's degree in Personal Training, am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Sports Nutritionist, through the American Sports and Fitness Association in 2008.

I’ve spent a few years working and being mentored by world-renowned strength coaches and body builders such as IFBB Pros Fred Smalls, Louie Simmons, Milton Holloway Jr. and David Pulcinella.

I enjoy writing stories that make people laugh and helping people improve their lives.

I’ve been featured in a few places you may have heard of before: 6 ABC’s Prospective Delaware, The Delaware News Journal, and MuscleProdigy.com, where I was deemed a Fitness Prodigy. I have also appeared in Muscle & Fitness’s Magazine, Tough: Only the Strong Survive Issue in August of 2009 and January 2014, Bodybuilding.com, and in other media.

But You Still Don't Trust Me Yet, Do You? That’s OK, Others Have And You Will Too...

I totally understand, so to establish myself a bit more:

In the last 8 years, I've put on over 40 pounds of muscle, and I’ve competed as a power curler for the World Natural Power lifting Federation (WNPF). To date I am the only person on record who power curls from a wheelchair. I've won the Delaware State Championship (December 5th, 2009), National Championship two years in a row (June 26th, 2010) and (June 4th, 2011) and the World Championship three years in a row (November 6th, 2010) (November 12-13, 2011) and (November 18, 2012), as well as holding the State, National, and World records in two different weight classes.

In 2015, I decided to actively compete in bodybuilding, My first competition was in April 25th, 2015, where I competed in the INBA’s Chicago Illinois State Championship. My first place victory allowed me to go on to the Ricardo Legends Classic on August 22nd 2015. Once again with a first place win, I went on to compete in and win the biggest event of the year: the 2015 Natural Mr. Olympia on November 11th, 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I don’t just talk about this stuff. It’s been the major driving factor in my life for the last 18 years and I’m only ???!

I’m NOT telling you this to brag or boast and I don’t mean to come off like I’m arrogant or self-centered.

My sole purpose here is to not only to establish MY hard earned credibility but to be transparent about who I am. I didn't just hop into the game, claiming to have the “secret cure” or “next big thing.” Now sit back and relax, and listen to someone's advice you can actually trust for once.

Does This Sound Familiar?

You’ve tried every workout program, supplement regimen, and diet plan with poor results. The experts promised impressive results but they never delivered.

You’ve spent countless hours in the gym but haven’t been able to build a body that you are proud of. You’re beyond frustrated. I know that feeling all too well.

You're sick of not knowing which new diet or a new workout to try because nothing seems to be working anyway. Or one of my favorite lines people like to use when they have never had a program tailored to fit them: I have poor genetics!

I will introduce you to a few of my clients (everyday people) who have made amazing transformations. But first I want to share with you what started my journey giving birth to “The Impossible Is Possible."

My Heartbreaking Wakeup Call

I know what you’re thinking — I’m going to tell you that I started lifting weights because there was something about myself I wasn’t happy about and I wanted to change it.

Or that I never felt like I was good enough and I was fed up with being number 2. Or maybe that I was sick and tired of being passed over by every girl I liked. Right? No, when I was eight years old, I realized two things: One, I never seen people with a disability quite like mine.

The second thing was that everyone was fascinated with how far they could push the human body, but that body was not born with limitations.

It was on that day that I became fascinated pushing my body, and “The Impossible Is Possible” was born!

I have spent the last 18 years of my life pushing those limitations both mentally and physically, and along the way I came to the realization that there was a bigger issue than just my fascination with pushing my limitations!

Meeting My First Fan

On December 6th, 2009, I entered my first powerlifting competition where I competed as a power curler, becoming the first person to compete in a wheelchair.

That day, I curled 120 pounds from my lap, taking First Place and setting a new state record and also capturing the Best Lifter award.

After this, I went on to win 3 national and world championships, and also setting national and world records in two different weight classes.

I remained undefeated from that day until I retired in 2014.

However, none of this is as significant as what happened after the meet in 2009. I met Frank and his son Jason.

Frank came to meet me and shook my hand, said I did a great job, and that his son wanted to come out to see me after they saw me in Muscle & Fitness Magazine.

Jason was sitting in special tomato EIO Push Chair. I spent 45 minutes meeting and taking pictures with Jason and his father.

Jason told me he want to be just like me when he grew up. That statement resonated with me for two reasons: I was touched that they drove all that way to come see me, but most importantly, I realized that his hands were clinched tight into fists.

When I was a child, I also experienced this exact same thing, but thanks to playing video games, my hands were able to completely open up.

At the end of our time together, I told him that he could be whatever he wants to be when he grows up. It was then that I realized that people were inspired by watching what I do. Whether I wanted to be or not, I was a role model! I knew that I had a responsibility to show people all over the world that what was perceived as impossible was in fact possible!

People Didn't Recognize Me

I started working out when I was 10 years old, but I did not develop my technique until 9th grade. And this was thanks to my physical education teacher, Mr. Bill Cornish. He was like having my own personal trainer!

He taught me how to stretch, how to properly lift weights for specific purposes (sports, conditioning, and functional training). He also gave me my first education on proper nutrition.

After the first month of this experience, I would be off in the corner stretching and training while the other students were lifting weights with the main gym teacher, and although I begin to see fast results, the other students didn’t compared to the changing of my physique.

Coming up on the second month, around 60 days later, that's when people started to really recognize all the hard work that I was putting in due to the muscle mass that I had gained. I had a system where I would work out one day and play baseball the next.

Month 3 was where it all changed for me. Ninety days later, everybody noticed because I was watching a football player talk about how strong he was and how he could out lift anybody in the room. One of his teammates put 225 pounds on the bar and he struggled to lift it.

As I watched this transpire, he saw me and said, "I bet you can't do it." Mr. Cornish looked at me and said, "Go do it." So I laid down on the bench, they unracked the weight for me, and I pressed it 10 times. The best part was these are the type of results that you can expect too!
