Do you have to lift weights in order to gain strength or to induce muscle activity?

The answer is NO!

While weightlifting is one tool of the trade, it certainly is not the only tool!

We have many things at our disposal, including but not limited to battle ropes, body blades, medicine balls, resistance bands...and much more!

Stick to your meal plan for six days. Every seven days, replace one meal with a cheat meal (ice cream, pizza, tacos) and then get right back to your meal plan. This will keep the cravings down.

This will also allow you to relax a little bit and enjoy other foods without indulging!
